LGS Villas and Houses
A permanent home, framed in steel.
A house, not a cabin
Steel where the blockwork would be.
A light gauge steel villa is not a temporary building. It is a permanent residential structure with a galvanised steel skeleton in place of blockwork — engineered, precision-rolled and assembled to a tolerance that concrete cannot hold.
The frame arrives on site as labelled panels. Walls go up in days. Because there is no curing, no wet trade and no weather dependency, the programme runs on a schedule you can actually plan around.
Inside, the finished result is indistinguishable from conventional construction. Plastered walls, tiled floors, standard doors and windows, full MEP. The difference is in the wall cavity, where insulation performs better than blockwork, and in the calendar, where you save months.
