On a design-and-build project we take the whole structure from engineering to finished building — one team, one point of contact, one accountable partner.
Below is exactly what sits inside our scope, and what your appointed consultant handles, so there are no surprises later.

We deliver
- Structural design and detailing, certified by our structural consultant
- Foundations and groundworks
- Fabrication of all framing and structural steel in our factory
- Delivery to your site
- Assembly, erection and structural fixing
- Mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation
- Cladding, boarding and insulation
- Doors, windows and finishes as specified
- Handover of the completed structure
Outside our scope
- Building permits and authority submissions
- Municipality and Civil Defence approvals
- NOCs and utility connections
- Land, plot and title matters
These are handled by your appointed consultant. We provide the certified structural documentation they need for the submission. If you do not have a consultant, we will introduce you to consultants we work with regularly.
We would rather tell you this on our website than in a variation order.
