We build majlis and guest annexes as permanent light gauge steel structures. Clear internal spans without intrusive columns, because a steel frame carries load differently from blockwork. Full-height glazing where the design calls for it. Insulated wall build-ups that hold a comfortable temperature through a Gulf summer without the air conditioning running continuously.
Because most of the work happens in our factory, disruption on your property is measured in days. Fabrication runs offsite while the base is prepared, and erection is quiet, clean and quick.
