The plant
Four roll-forming systems, running to gauge.
Every frame we supply is roll-formed in our own factory in Sharjah's Industrial Area 17 — not bought in, not subcontracted. Four servo-driven roll-forming systems give us the range and the volume to keep your line moving.
From single-web C-sections to auto-gauged wall, roof and floor framing, the plant is set up to roll consistent profiles to tight tolerances, in the quantities that production work demands.

Every profile is punched in-line with service holes, lip notches, web notches, flange dimple connection holes and end crimps. No secondary drilling or cutting is required on site.
